My experiences helping family and friends through the downsizing process led me to a career path where I could provide a service to a special part of our community. I left the corporate world to find a more meaningful career where I could help people and make a difference in their lives. When I found senior move management, I knew it was the perfect fit. I enjoy helping families with the physical and emotional aspects of later life transitions and I cannot imagine doing anything else.

Informed Senior Moves was established in 2018. From the start, the ISM team has been fully focused on customer satisfaction. Our priority is the relationship with each customer, not the immediate sale. Our goal is always to be a supportive presence during what can be a challenging transition for people.
